We take real care and pride in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene at Canoe the Wye and in response to Coronavirus, we've taken some extra steps to make our cleaning and hygiene even more rigorous.

We've also set up provision to keep a close eye on Government advice so we can move quickly should things change or we are alerted to a case of coronavirus within our team or a customer who has visited us.
We have updated our booking terms and conditions given these unique circumstances to give you peace of mind.
This means for the foreseeable future, all bookings can be amended up to the 24 hours before your trip. So if participants are unable to attend you can re-schedule your booking to a later date, put your booking on hold indefinitely or receive a voucher that can be redeemed within 3 years.

For all new bookings, we have introduced a reduced deposit amount. In this time of uncertainty to give new customers a low risk option of reserving canoes for future months, we have made the minimum deposit amount lower. You can now reserve your canoes for as little as £15 or 10% of the total booking value, whichever is greater. If it turns out your booking cannot go ahead due to C-19, then the deposit can either be held pending a new future date or issued to the customer in the form of a voucher that will be valid for 3 years.
